What is Servicing?

Servicing a piano is totally separate from tuning.  Just like a car has a service separate from filling with petrol, all pianos should be cleaned, lubricated and regulated at least every 5 years.  Performance pianos need servicing even more often.

Servicing prolongs the life of all moving
parts and felts. This makes your instrument
feel better to play and maintains a higher
resale value.
